Welcome to the Equity for Every Entrepreneur (E3) Scorecard
 
Forward Cities has pioneered the development of the nation’s first comprehensive self-assessment tool and corresponding facilitated methodology to measure the health and equity of an entrepreneurial ecosystem.

As SCN Summit participants you are participating in the soft launch of the self-paced E3 Scorecard. Once we reviewed all inputs from today's session, you will receive a report that shows how your ecosystem (and those of fellow Summit participants) score across all four categories. Keep in mind it only incorporates the input of one person that assesses their ecosystem. If you are interested we will share a custom link to the Scorecard that you can then disseminate in your ecosystem. Don't worry, we help you with that.

This Research Participant Consent Agreement outlines how Forward Cities will collect and use information provided by research participants. This project is being conducted under the supervision of Nicolas Gunkel, Vice President of Ecosystem Impacts at Forward Cities. Forward Cities is a national nonprofit organization working to create opportunities for shared prosperity through inclusive and equitable entrepreneurial ecosystem-development. PARTICIPATION

Your participation in this survey is voluntary and your answers are confidential. You may refuse to take part in the research or exit the survey at any time without penalty.

 

BENEFITS

Through your participation in this survey, you will provide information that will be used to assess how equitable your community's entrepreneurial ecosystem is. The tool is designed to be a comprehensive, yet high-level diagnostic, which can be filled out quickly by many different actors in the ecosystem.

 

RISKS

There are no foreseeable risks involved in participating in this study.

 

DATA PROTECTION

Your survey answers will be submitted through the Qualtrics online survey platform, a password protected data collection tool that is only accessible by the Forward Cities research team. Personally identifiable information, which you enter, will not be reported or shared in any form by Forward Cities. When data is downloaded from the survey platform for analysis purposes, personal identifiers are removed to create a de-identified dataset. The de-identified dataset will be maintained on our secure network for at least six years after the study has been completed. Results of this survey will be published in aggregate form only.
